📦 Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once approved, your item must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Used or opened items cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and hygiene reasons.

All our products come with a 6-month limited warranty covering factory defects only.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Products received secondhand or as gifts are not eligible for warranty claims.
